About This Project
At the time of installation in 2004, this was the largest urban grid-tied solar array in Canada. It was early stage for solar in Canada but Solera was already designing, engineering and installing solar arrays for over a decade. And this system was “building integrated” before the acronym BIPV even existed. Building Integrated Photovoltaics is now the latest trend in solar.
