This building, the home of Flags Unlimited, faces the HWY 400 in Barrie. Solera is not only the EPCM for this project, but the owner of the project too. We lease the roof there and pay 10s of thousands of dollars in rent annually to the building owner.
The cost to the building owner? $0. Solera takes full responsibility for all the costs associated with the system and insures the system, rendering the landlord harmless for any expenses that may be incurred for the 20 year term of the FIT contract. This is a win win win – the 3rd winner being, of course, the environment.
